Description of the Carolina Beach vacation condo rental

Ocean side (literally feet from the ocean) this foreplex sits on a beach access. Our unit sleeps 8, queen bed in master, twins in the other 2 bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. Covered parking for two cars, plus two unassigned visitor parking space. Central heat and air, washer and dryer, microwave, 2 color TVs with cable, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, covered deck, and storage room with beach chairs and barbeque grill. Small family pet allowed with approval and pet fee. Bring your own linens and clean up when you leave.

November 8 through March 7, $675, March 7 through May 24, $850, May 24 through August 15, $1050 and August 15 through November 8, $850. Shorter rental terms available.

Area Description

The condo is located on the south end of Carolina Beach.
Just a short drive south are Fort Fisher Civil War Museum and breastworks, the NC Aquarium, and the Ferry to Southport and Bald Head Island. Or, about one mile to the north is the center of Carolina Beach with its boardwalk which includes arcade games, Britts doughnuts, a number of good restaurants, and the waterfront docks which offer fishing excursions ranging from charters to large boat cruises for dinner and dancing, and deep sea fishing.
Twenty minutes north is Wilmington with its bustling riverfront, Battleship USS North Carolina, shopping, movies, and theater.

Very comfortable, all the eminites you need, except linens. (we went prepared) Good location, nice view, good beach access, nice neighbors. All ytou could ever want or need. Owners are extremely nice & available. I would go again.
