My son was getting married in Wilmington. In searching the internet I found your site. The 4 bedroom - 2 bath was perfect and the location (ocean front) could not have been better. I was there alone for 3 days and felt safe. Lots of room for my grown boys and family to enjoy the beach and fish. The kitchen was a good size for cooking our family dinners. Just a short walk over the dunes to a beautiful and clean beach. After arriving I lost my key and called the rental office and they came back to the office after hours to get me a key. The best part was everyone was so nice and did not make me feel bad for loosing the key. I will rent this property again. Linda

The beach house was lovely and has been beautifully renovated. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach . The property is oceanfront, however if you are on the downstairs level you cannot see the beach, but you can see the beach on the second level of the house. The second level is equally beautiful and I guess more so because of the ocean view. We actually spent our time on the bottom level as it is the larger area and there were only 4 of us. I don't want to sound negative about this place in anyway as the owner was very accommodating, but the only thing I missed was a dinning room table on the lower level and I would suggest that he try to add a table for at least 6 to 8 people. However there is a table upstairs that will seat around 6 persons. I would suggest this place to anyone who loves to be right at the beach and wants to relax, maybe fish or visit the surrounding areas such as Southport. It was a wonderful family oriented vacation. Check it out as you will love it! And I look forward to staying there again!

Enjoyed the house, could have been a little more updated an a little cleaner but was ok. The beach was great. It was nice to be right on the ocean.
