Description of the Carolina Beach vacation home rental
This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a Weber grill. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a dishwasher, fridge, and garbage disposal. We have a washer and dryer for all laundry.
This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation. A cleaning fee of $50 is required.

Best Place Around!!!!

Again, this is our second trip staying at this house! We can't say enough of how much we love it! Not only is the house great but the owners are fantastic. We were able to meet them and they were nice enough to show us some new houses they will have available! Anyone going to the Carolina Beach area needs to take advantage of the beautiful homes they have for rent. Well worth the money! We will be back!!!!

The house is very clean, cute & up to date. Perfect fit for my husband & I along with our 2 children. All appliances work well, having grill & wi-fi access was great, nice size yard to play in and it's directly across from a grocery store. Owners are very friendly & easy to work with. Definitely will stay again!! Thank you guys :)

My husband and I just returned from a week at this lovely little treasure. The furnishings were very pleasing and the rental is a good bargain. The home is equipped with three wall-mounted ionizing air conditioners, which are exceptionally quiet and do a nice job in keeping it cool. The sea breeze was so nice, however, we had wished there were screened windows/doors (would have saved evergy that way!). The kitchen was stocked well, and it was a pleasant suprise to have a dishwasher, expresso machine, nice glasses and Pfaltzgraff tableware. The flat screen tv's were a welcome touch as well. It was SO convenient to have a washer and dryer. We felt spoiled! The deck and back patio area were very enjoyable and we made good use of the gas grill. It is evident that Jamie put a lot of thought into the way the home is decorated and this made it very nice to settle in. Our only significant concern was a strong chemical odor upon our arrival that lasted a day or two. Carolina Beach is a great getaway and we are eager to return. We finished our week with a perfect view of the fireworks from the deck and could not have asked for a nicer vacation. Thanks again, Brian and Jamie!

Fabulous Rental

My family (4 adults and one child) recently had the pleasure to stay at this rental. It has been renovated with top shelf material and furnishings. There are so many little touches that make it enjoyable. (1) Plenty of pots and pans, (2) actual glasses instead of cheap plastic solo cups, and (3) the owner wants you to make yourself at home. It is wonderful with easy access to the center of town with walking distance to a grocery store, shops, and restaurants.

This little vacation house was so cute. We were a little nervous when we first got there, because the outside doesn't look like a typical "house"...it looked like a big garage actually. But, we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in! Beautiful decorating and really nice quality furniture, etc. The beach was 2 blocks away, and there was a grocery store right across the street if we needed something quick (I'd suggest to go to the Food Lion down the road to do your weekly shopping though). The only thing I would say is there weren't any hangers in the closets - which was a bummer because we had some clothes that we wanted to hang (I borrowed some from my parents who live nearby). Also, I had to buy a can-opener at the grocery store (which was $8!) because the 2 that were in the kitchen were broken. Otherwise, everything was wonderful - we would definitely consider staying at one of Jamie's properties again. Thank you!!!

this was our 1st time at Carolina Beach but definitely not our last. The cottage was neat & clean. Jamie was very nice. Located just a short walk to the beach & boardwalk. A great place for a family vacation. This wa truly everything & more that you want a vacation rental to be! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this or any of the other properties owned by Jamie. They have all been completely renovated. Thanks again for making this a great vacation!
