Description of the Carolina Beach vacation home rental

Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds, 1 full, 1 twin. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

Area Information

We are one block from the boardwalk with boast numberous shops and restrauants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals.

Great Space

August 15, 2012

Awesome home and friendly owners who live nearby. The property is well maintained and looks exactly like the photos. Wonderful ambiance, close to the beach and main street with restaurants, piers etc. Large backyard and play area for kids. Owners did however, house personal boating equipment, cars etc on the property which limited the kids use of the yard, an important feature for us. The kitchen could use a few more essentials but otherwise the experience was amazing and I would definitely return. Be sure to adhere to occupancy requirements as owners are sticklers. Very, very nice property!

Thanks for the great review! Sorry about the jet skii's in the yard. I thought I mentioned that the 3 empty lots beside the home are ours to use! Also Carolina Beach has a huge park 3 blocks away!

We furnish a home for exactly the amount of people listed in the ad. It seems homes that allow more guest and people to sleep on pull out couches are not maintained as well and when a home is packed with people items are broken easily.
We take care of these homes as if they were our babies! We really take pride in having a perfect place for our guest to vacation. We always strive to have families that want to stay in our homes and have 5 star standards!!

Great time

June 18, 2012

My wife and I stayed with our two boys 3 and 5 and had a blast. Jamie and her husband were very nice and very friendly. The home was well decorated and convienent to the beach and stores. The only time we had to drive was to go to the aquarium and into Wilmington to visit friends. We were to sit in the yard in our lawn chairs and watch the Thursday might fireworks at the beach. The large yard was good for my boys that liked to throw baseball. We very much enjoyed it and have every intention on booking again next year.

great house great price great time of year

We rented this home at a beach where we don't usually vacation. We rented for a month beginning in mid September. We have enjoyed everything about the stay. The house is great for just the 2 of us or for having our friends come for a day or two at the time. Plenty of sleeping space without extra room for me to clean when we are alone. The beach has been beautiful this time of year. You can enjoy warm not hot days, no lines at the restaurants you want to visit and people remember you. The only down side is Britts Doughnuts closed last weekend for the year. We have walked or ridden bikes everywhere and since traffic is low we have felt very safe even though it has been years since we did much cycling. I am sure that we will be back in the fall again!

Lovely property - our best vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this well furnished and absolutely clean beach house - just a few blocks away from the beach. Great comfort for a reasonable price! Jamie was very kind and helpful. We definitely would stay there again!

This house was so nice and clean. We had a great time. Everything in walking distance. Equipped with everything you need. The grocery store that is close by has anything else you may need and not expensive prices at all. Alot of resturants in walking distance and even a bar or two. The neighborhood was safe and quite and we will definately return for another visit.

This is a great little house! It's very nicely decorated and equipped. A big deck, plenty of parking, and proximity to the beach (2 blocks), stores and restaurants (1 block) make it an ideal place to stay at carolina beach.
