Enjoy our tastefully furnished, comfortable one bedroom PLUS loft end unit in a quiet, 20-unit townhouse-style complex on Elm Avenue just 1 block from the beach. You can leave your car in the covered carport and walk to town for shopping and restaurants...or walk to the Amtrak station and take the train to Santa Barbara for the zoo, the Mission, Stearns Wharf...or take a meditative walk through the Salt Marsh...or hike to see the seals on the bluff... or rent a bike and visit Rincon or Padaro Lane. If you decide to drive, have lunch in Ojai and rent a boat on Lake Cachuma or check out Solvang and the wineries. All utilities including cable TV and wireless internet...fully equipped kitchen...4 ceiling fans...plenty of sheets and towels...television in living room and bedroom...stereo with CDs in loft...beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach mats in storage locker. King-size bed in bedroom...queen-size sleeper sofa in loft. Complex has a laundry room. No pets or smoking.
