Park car and relax. Three-block walk in two directions to downtown or commercial shopping center, in another to secluded beach and bluff-top trail. "World's safest beach," kayak rentals, boats to Channel Islands National Park. Great for biking, walking. Weekly farmers market, good range of local restaurants, or BBQ on patio, cook in fully equipped kitchen.

Clean and comfortably furnished unit, two bedrooms new carpet and paint with full bath upstairs; hardwood floor in open living-dining w/ fireplace, flat screen tv, opens to patio, creek side green space. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and coin laundry on site; two reserved parking spots. TWO week minimum: $1,000/week plus 12 percent tax; $150 cleaning fee. Pet considered.
