Airy, bright, comfortable 4-bedroom home on Sugarloaf's West Mountain with indoor hot tub, fireplace, mountain views, free shuttle to base. Owner will be out of state January and is willing to rent for the month of January ($7000). Also available Christmas week and school vacation week at $2500 a week.
Cable, internet, large loft with library/TV area. First floor has open kitchen/dining/living room with cathedral ceilings; pantry, 1 bedroom, bath. Downstairs, a 1-bedroom studio with full kitchen and 2-room suite with breakfast bar ... great for visiting guests.
Beautiful Western Maine mountains ... top-notch ski area ... snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating, gym, fine dining

The 2 studios are available separately from Feb. 1-May 1 at lower rates ($150 a night for the 2-room weekends and vacations; $125 a night for the 1-room weekends and vacations; $125 and $100 midweek.
