Description of the Carros-nice vacation home rental

Villa California is situated 1.7 kilometers from Carros Village, 500 meters in Altitude. The villa is a two story home designed in the Provencial style with outside yellow walls and dark green shutters. From the house, island swimming pool and two verandas, you have a panoramic view of the French and Italian Alpes; ancient Medieval Villages perched on mountain tops and also a view of the Mediterranean sea.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms that sleep 6 to 8, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, Living room with fireplace and a kitchen. A laptop computer with free internet access is also provided. There is an outside covered veranda to enjoy your meals while looking at the panoramic view, an outside kitchen with a bar and a small refrigerator and lounge chairs to enjoy the French Riviera Sun. Another cover veranda with seating chairs is located at the first level, and for morning breakfeat a terrace and another patio is also availabe to enjoy.

50 min from Vintimille (Italy).

The Villa is located between the Medietal town of Carros Village and Le Broc in a residencial quiet area. In the morning you can walk to Le Broc to drink your "Cafe au Lait" and have fresh croissant, or later on your favorite "Aperif". In Carros and Le Broc, great local restaurants.

• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
   
• Deposits: 50% at reservation and 50% 60 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: 250 Euros for incidental, but will be refund at departure 100 Euros a week for cleaning to be paid directly to the key keeper "Rita". To be paid at arrival.
