The apartment is located near excellent restaurants, shopping, boutiques, casinos, bars, entertainment, the best area hotels and just a few steps from the warm Caribbean Ocean.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and The Old Walled City.
The apartment has two air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms (one in the master bedroom), living-dinning room, a completely equipped kitchen, fans, balcony and garage. It also has TV cable, audio system, DVD/MP3 player plus 24 hr. security.

A 50% Deposit is required to make a reservation. 50% Balance paid at the administration office of “Edificio Hipocampo” in Cartagena.
Any cancellation between 1 to 30 days before arrival date will forfeit 50% of the rental amount. Any cancellation prior to 31 days before arrival date will forfeit 20% of rental amount.
