A 50% Deposit is required to make a reservation. 50% Balance paid at the administration office of “Edificio Hipocampo” in Cartagena.

Any cancellation between 1 to 30 days before arrival date will forfeit 50% of the rental amount. Any cancellation prior to 31 days before arrival date will forfeit 20% of rental amount.
