Our Beautiful Cartagena apartment is one of the newest buildings located in the touristic area of El laguito, half a block away from the Hilton Cartagena hotel.

Mirador del laguito is 10 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes away from the historical old city and walking distance to the beach and bocagrande. The building has 24-hour security with a doorman.
Our apartment can accommodate up to 8 people ( 4 adults and 4 children) . We have two comfortable bedrooms, one with a two queen size up bed, and the other with two queen size bed that rolls out. master bath and balcony over looking the ocean and Tierra Bomba Island.

Our vacation apartment can also be rented as a 1-bedroom apartment to accommodate smaller groups. In this case the second bedroom and one bathroom will be locked to reduce the rental cost. You can also request to have the second bathroom available for you to use.

There is a balcony off the master bedroom and living room where you can enjoy the view of the ocean and the excitement of El Laguito. The apartment comes with AC units and ceiling fans in bedrooms, cable TV, stereo with AM/FM tuner CD player. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home; full size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, gas stove, dishes and utensils are all included.

You will also have all the convenience at your footsteps: taxies, restaurants, nightclubs, ATM, casinos and much more. El laguito has all the convenience you need and only a few steps away. Catching a taxi in front of the building is only seconds away. For $4,000 pesos (around $2.00 us) a taxi will take you almost anywhere you want to go. There is no need to rent a car.

We own a parking inside the building that you can use and a guest Parking area in front of building, Gas oven, Hot water, Gas Stove, Balcony, Cable TV, Sofa bed Sleeps 1, Sauna, Pool, Jacuzzi/Hot Tub, BBQ, Utensils, Refrigerator, Microwave, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Linens provided, Air Conditioning.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
On the 3rd floor of the building is the swimming pool, kitchen, bathrooms, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna and Steam room.

On the 2nd floor there is a laundry/valet service where you can have your cloths cleaned for $5,000 to $7,000 pesos per load including wash and dry, around (3 dollars). (Rates subject to change without notice)

STUDENT / UNIVERSITY / GROUP TRIPS:
We can also book larger groups and university trips depending on availability of apartments. Please call several months in advance.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
We can arrange for the apt to be cleaned and the sheets and towels changed as often as you wish, for an additional $15 each visit.
