Kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer, maids quarters with bathroom. Cable tv, local phone service, high speed WI-FI internet provided. One covered parking spaces in garage with private entrance to apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a large terrace and private exit to beach and pool area.
Building has pool, Jacuzzi and steam sauna, 24 hour security. Great windsurfing, kite surfing and jet skis, with school and equipment rental on the beach. Horseback riding on the beach with rentals nearby. Beach canopies available for rent. Short walking distance on the beach to Hotel Las Americas, 5 star resort hotel. Fishing, snorkeling or scuba diving excursions to Islas del Rosario can be scheduled with the travel agency at the Hotel Las Americas.
Accommodations consist of two queen size beds and two single beds, sleeps 6 adults. Maid service for cleaning, cooking, laundry and ironing available for an additional $17/day. Bed linens, towels, dinnerware and kitchen utensils provided.
