The cabin was very spacious, but the appliances were so high tech we could barely figure them out. The view is awesome, and the lodge was great to fish from. Couldn't see any water from the house, or hear it, but the mountain view was very nice and it was very still and quiet. Screened in porch was great, and the table with the lazy susan in the middle was a stroke of brilliance with 8 people sitting down for dinner. Wish there were some kid friendly movies there since the dish tv and the Wifi didn't work the whole time we were there, but all in all it was a very nice weekend. Oh, and I hope you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, my mom's PT cruiser couldn't make it up the drive way.

This was a great place to stay if you enjoy mountains. You can ride your ATV's on some great hills and enjoy a great game room at the actual cabin. Our family had a great time. Only negatives for us were that the directions to the house were wrong and we ended up spending a long time driving to the cabin when we first got there. It is isolated so don't expect to jump in your car and go anywhere. Lots of things to do inside the property - tennis, swimming, playground and of course, ATV. Take plenty of groceries with you. Also, the driveway is gravel and not paved so be prepared.

My family and relatives all stayed for the Holiday weekend. In total it was 15 of us. There was plenty of space with some to spare. The river was beautiful and the fire pit out front was a total blast. Linens and Towels were in abundance. The only thing we weren't prepared for was the location. The cabin rests on top of a SERIOUS slope. Getting to the cabin was also a SERIOUS adventure. You really should get there before dark since there are many winding turns with major consequences if you make one wrong move.
