This is waterfront!! If we were any more waterfront, we would be a boat!

The secret is out, Paradise Lake is the largest lake in Pinal County. It is the largest residential lake in the State of Arizona. Some say we have the second best fountain in Arizona, others would argue we have the best. Come see it, and you decide.

The downstairs floor plan of this fully furnished house is a very unique and large open hexagon with a central kitchen which reflects it's prior life as The Marina Restaurant. Another reminder of it's commercial past is the walk -in refrigerator.

The hexagon continues upstairs to 4 large bedrooms. There is a very large ½ bath downstairs, a large guest bath upstairs, and a very large on-suite bath in the master with a walk-in closet. The master has a king-size bed and still has plenty of dancing room. Two of the other bedrooms are as large as most master bedrooms. The fourth is used as an office but can accommodate a king-size bed as well. All but one of the bedrooms open to the enormous second level wrap-around deck.

If entertaining is your thing, you can accommodate as many as 200 people.

The panoramic view can also be seen from the third level crow's nest. This private getaway allows views as far away as the Superstition Mountains and Mt. Lemon, as well as more local views as the Sawtooth Mountains, Newman Peak, Picacho Peak, Tabletop Mountain, and Casa Grande Mountain. But this all pails to the view of Paradise Lake and its front row seats of the amazing Fountain and evening light show.

The house is over 3000 square feet. It has 300 feet of waterfront, 50 of which are dock.

Arizona City also has a 6775 yard golf course as well as two other quality courses a short drive away.

The season rate for this furnished house is $2450.00 per month November through April.

The annual lease rate is $1295.00 unfurnished (not including utilities).
