It’s perfectly manicured landscaping is breathtaking with amenities including a pool, spa, palm trees, citrus trees, and beautiful views of the sunset.

This open floor plan house features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops for any cooks needs. The master retreat has a queen size bed, double sinks, and oversized walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms feature a full sized bed in one and another with 2 twin beds. The family room has a fireplace, 32" TV with cable and high speed internet is also included in this beautiful home.

This vacation home is great for temporary business assignment, family vacations, and winter getaways for the people who want that at home comfort.

Area Information

The city of Casa Grande is conveniently located between Phoenix and Tucson on I-10 and just north of I-8 (35 min south of Phoenix and 45 min north of Tucson). Casa Grande has a small town feel with lots of the big city amenities. There is a new huge shopping mall and theater, many spectacular golf courses, variety of restaurants, rodeo grounds and near-by casinos.

Family Christmas

January 5, 2012

We used this vacation home to gather our family from Wash. D.C. , Chicago, and Minneapolis. The house was in top top shape. We loved the backyard area. Perhaps there could be a few more dishes and glasses etc. in the kitchen. We also used the home to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday.

beautifully landscaped property doesn't disappoint

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. When I saw the pictures of this property I thought they must be too good to be true. NOT. Both the property and home are exceptional. The neighbourhood is superb, quiet and the neighbours friendly. This home is designed for entertaining and I wish we could have shared it with more family and friends. We enjoyed sunning and sitting around the pool when the weather permitted, the spa was good. We had only a few minor issues which we dealt with promptly by the property manager. The location is convenient, provided you have a car. Casa Grande has lots of shopping, restuarants, ... The kitchen is beautiful with a side by side refrigerator freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, granite countertop pennisula but the microwave acted up periodically. There is plenty of cupboard storeage but entertaining with the amount of pots, pans, serving dishes made hosting a party a bit of a challenge. We felt the property was worth the fee and would recomment it to others.

Loved It!

Home exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful. The pool was also very clean and enjoyable. Did not want for anything while we were at this home. Only con is that we had to leave. We also appreciated Kaspar, the property manager, who was very helpful and professional. Hopefully, we can go back in the near future.

The house was great, and the backyard with pool and hot tub was awesome. Only thing is, it was pretty sparsely furnished. A few side tables and lamps would have made the place more homey, as well as a few extra towels.
