Description of the Casa Grande vacation townhouse rental

Now is the time to plan ahead for the 2013/2014 season. Ours is a furnished 2BR/2BA/2 car garage (w/elec door opener), town home. Absolutely everything is included. A washer and dryer... even a set of ladies and a set of mens golf clubs.

On the main floor is; the master bedroom with an on-suite bath. The master has a king size adjustable air bed. Also on the ground floor, a laundry room, complete kitchen, dining room open to the living room with a vaulted ceiling open to the second floor. You will have a private fenced patio complete with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

The 2nd level has a queen bedroom and complete bath.

Our home is a non-smoking home and we prefer no pets, but if a dog is part of your family, lets discuss it. You will have a clean and comfortable home to call your home away from home while you enjoy your stay in Casa Grande.

The rent is $1400/month with a $500 refundable damage deposit. First and last months rent and damage deposit to be paid in advance. Cable TV and Internet access is included in the rent.

Area Information

Casa Grande is a moderate sized city located on I-10 midway between Phoenix & Tucson. It has a multitude of Golf Courses in close proximity and boasts typical mild Arizona winter weather and lots of sunshine. Casa Grande is the ideal location if you are looking to avoid to congestion associated with large metropolitan areas yet close enough to take advantage of all the amenities Tucson and Phoenix have to offer to winter visitors.
