Description of the Casco vacation cottage rental

Comfortable and cozy summer cottage on Sebago Lake, just 24 miles from Portland. Property features a sand beach with gradual drop into the water, swimming float, 5 single kayaks and 2 double kayaks, 1 canoe, large brick patio with fire pit, new dock, new septic system. Sleeps 6: 2 bedrooms — one with a queen bed and one with twin beds plus a window seat bed and pull out chair. Renovated full bathroom with washer and dryer. Use of linens and towels included.

Area Information

Charisma Cottage is located on the north side of Sebago Lake near the Dingley Islands. This location is excellent for swimmimg, kayaking, and fishing. You will be close to all the area has to offer, including world class restaurants (Portland), museums, golf, hiking, shopping and the Sebago Lake State Park.

Great time

Thank you so very much for the use of your cottage. We had a great time. Even though the weather was not great. The board games came in handy. The kayaks were fun. Beautiful view. Comfortable Cottage. Thank you for all the little things to ensure our comfort. Your efforts did not go unoticed. I was sad waking up at home this morning. I miss having my coffee on the dock... . I am looking forward to planning next years visit. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with our family.

It's hard to say good-bye to Charisma Cottage

My family of 5 had an amazing week on Sebago Lake. The cottage was very clean, cozy & comfortable. We really enjoyed the front of the cottage where the dining room and the T.V. area are surrounded by windows, overlooking the lake. The kayaks were a huge plus and it was the perfect location to use them! We secured a boat for the week, did lots of swimming, tubing and exploring . . . . but we were so relaxed. Donna and A.J. were a pleasure to deal with and we are definitely planning to return.

Charisma cottage was just what we were looking for waterfront, cozy, well stocked. and fire pit w/wood!!! We had awesome weather, and this cottage was very comfortable..Donna was so sweet {she left a plate of cookies upon our arrival} and ez to talk to..we all had a great time..and the price was right for a long weekend!!!
