Comfortable summer cottage on Sebago Lake, just 24 miles from Portland. Property includes a sand beach with gradual drop into the water, swimming float, 4 single kayaks and 1 double kayak, new dock, new septic system. Sleeps 6 - 2 bedrooms — one with a double bed and 1 with twin beds plus window seat bed and pull out chair. Renovated full bathroom including a washer and dryer with use of linens and towels included.
Area Description
Located on the north side of Sebago Lake you will be close to all the area has to offer, including golf, hiking, shopping, fishing, boating and swimming.

Charisma cottage was just what we were looking for waterfront, cozy, well stocked. and fire pit w/wood!!! We had awesome weather, and this cottage was very comfortable..Donna was so sweet {she left a plate of cookies upon our arrival} and ez to talk to..we all had a great time..and the price was right for a long weekend!!!
