Description of the Cassis vacation apartment rental

Large apartment of 70m² with terrace of 20m² : panoramic view on the sea and the "Cap Canaille", the highest maritime Europe's cliff, in a small building of two floors, the apartment is located on the last floor with only one neighbor.
The apartment is vast : one bed-room including a queen-size bed with a view on the wild vegetation (no noise, no traffic), a water-room (shower) with separated restroom.
Then the main room of 40m² giving on the terrace : on the right side there's a living-room (TV,DVD player, video tape recorder and CD player) with a sofa (bed-settee of 2 places) ; in the center there's a "hidden bed" (very confortable bed for 2) in front of the fireplace ; on the left side you can find the dining-room for six persons. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, washing-machine, cooker, refrigerator...and the terrace has also its own table and chairs in front of the seascape...
Rackets of table-tennis are at home...and some french's parlour games too!!

Area Description

The apartment is located in a large property/residence called "Les Terres Marines" : there are gate with code and a guard. The place is safe, very quiet, no traffic (in fact you can reach the property only by one little road).
Large park with two courts of tennis, a Club House with 2 table-tennis tables, a large swimming-pool open May through September included, and a ground of "Pétanque" (traditionnal set of balls from France'South)!
By walking the property is about 10/15 minutes away from beaches and Cassis's village!
Cassis is a charming un-spoiled fishing village with lovely beaches, masses of restaurant, a provencal harbour with a wonderfull traditionnal market every wenesday and friday morning!
Cassis is famous for its "Calanques" that you have to visit (because of their beauty) by boat and some by walking! And don't forget the "Cap Canaille !!!
A paradisiac place of the Riviera : 30 minutes away from Marseille, 1h30 from St Tropez and 1h45 from Cannes!
