It begins with the sunlit living / dining room facing the harbor ... opening to the wrap-around deck for your entertaining. Warm cocoa and richly colored burgundy walls define the open area which is carried through to the ceramic tiled backsplash in the open kitchen design. Special features include hickory hardwood flooring, handmade country-pine dining set, plush leather furniture, kitchen island seating, counter-top range, built-in oven and microwave, wrap-around pebbled countertop, and plenty of cupboards. And the renovations continue!

Highlights of the oversized bathroom on the upper level include slate tiles, the large whirlpool tub, the separate shower and skylights … to immerse your dreams after a day on the lake. Deposits: In order to BOOK your reservation, you must call the Cottage Keeper to receive your unique reservation number. A reservation deposit of 50% of the total base rent is due within 10 days of booking.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: A security deposit is required on all Cottage Keeper Vacation Rentals, equivalent to the nightly prime season rate (or a minimum of $400). We have a 4-night minimum stay during the prime season and a 3-night minimum stay during the value-season. If less, AND accepted by the owner, the short-stay cleaning fee is $150.00. This home is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee of $50/ per pet, per stay plus an additional reimbursable pet security deposit of $100/per pet, per stay. Must be pre-arranged.
