A quaint Three Bedroom, Two plus Bath Ranch-style Cottage near the point of Catawba Island (off Route 53 and Porter) and within a short walking distance of the Miller Ferry to South Bass Island (Put-in-Bay) and Middle Bass Island. Perfect Island getaway nestled on a private cul-de-sac street amongst other residential cottages.

There is a large Living Room with a leather couch, love-seat, recliner, high-top table with two chairs, TV, DVD player and VCR, and a Lovely wood-burning Fireplace with charming light-up Mantle.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and was remodeled a few years back. There is a table for six, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the plates, cookware, silverware and utensils you will need to cook up those Perch you're going to catch! Pantry to store your food and belongings. Additional Refrigerator and stove top available in Garage Recreation Room.

The Master bedroom offers a Full-size Bed, closet, dressers, and a private half bath. The second Bedroom has two twin beds, a TV with VCR and a closet. The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle and closet. There is a full-size air mattress available for use and fits comfortably in the bedroom or living room. Central Full Bath with tub/shower unit. Linens, Pillows and Towels are not supplied.

The Garage is finished like a Recreation Room and has a Bathroom, Refrigerator, stove, chairs, table and Patio Furniture. There are picnic tables in the backyard and plenty of room to throw a ball around or play some frisbee. There is also an in-house, on-site Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer and Utility tub.

This property backs to Miller Ferry property, within walking distance to Catawba Island State Park, Pebble Beach, and other Catawba point shorelines, also a close walk to the New Catawba Inn Bar and Grill.
