Enjoy a great vacation in the sun without any worries when you stay at this desert vacation get away. Incredible views and luxury furnishings are among the many highlights of this beautiful, well-maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Verano, in the Rio Vista neighborhood. Floor plan features separation of master suite and guest bedrooms; open kitchen with center island and breakfast bar; formal dining room; gas fireplace; large attached two-car garage; laundry room; central air; plus much more. The home has been professionally decorated in an incredible Moroccan theme, with antiques, designer furnishings and original artwork throughout. The entire property is made for entertaining with large sliders that open to the courtyard/pool area; a private pergola with lounge chairs next to a spool, a combo pool and spa; a courtyard with a comfortable seating area; a small lawn; lovely fountain; and great desert landscaping with Malibu lighting.

You have 2 choices to choose:

1. Bedroom #2 + a double size bed + TV/ DVD combo = $75/night (sleep 2). There's a $100 security deposit.

2. Bedroom #3 + 2 single beds = $75/night (sleep 2). There's a $100 security deposit.

* The security deposit is refundable if there's no damage to the property.

* There is a $50 cleaning fee (non-refundable).
