Why rent a condo and have to share amenities with others when you can have your own private pool, jacuzzi, 2 car garage, washer/dryer and your dog can run free in the large, fenced in backyard for the same price? This very tastefully decorated and comfortable home has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and is situated on a 1/4 acre. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with dining and living areas surounding the pool and patio while enjoying the views of the mountains. Many citrus trees to choose from and an herb garden to add to your cooking.
The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with public tennis courts 2 blocks away and many public golf courses to choose from. There are 2 adult bicycles to use while enjoying your getaway. This property is continually updated and nothing is over a couple years old!! Please e-mail for additional photos and information.

Stephanie and Greg, Thanks so much for a really comfortable home to spend our 2 months in the desert. We enjoyed the hot tub alot and made good use of the orange trees. It certainly was great not being in Illiniois!

Really great 2 weeks---Thank-you.
The house was perfect--the kitchen, great--pool & spa--fantastic!
Total cooperation re weather. Only 2 days overcast. Tied, I'm sure, to the so cal fires, smoke and ash did not make it up here!
We picked the best time of the year and escaped really bad air back home in SD.
Michael, our lab, had a great vacation, also. He's a real desert dog! Loved the yard.
You'll be seeing us again.

Bruce and i had a wonderful anniversary weekend. thank you for all the little touches that makes your home so peaceful and enjoyable. The bacfk yard is a sanctuary and we spent a great deal of our stay just watching the hummingbirds and butterflies landing on the numerous flowering plants. The gazebo and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake. Thank you agian, your both very gracious hosts!

You have a great place. Even with the heat we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The dogs loved the yard. Dinner by the pool was perfect. Having our dogs with us made it even more enjoyable. Thanks again

It was like our own personal resort and spa! The house has everything we need and want. Our dogs loved the backyard...there's so much to explore. We loved watching the hummingbirds, large bumble bees and so many birds in the cool earl mornings. Swimming in the evenings was perfect (too hot during the day!). Exploring Palm Springs, Indio and all the towns was easy and conveniet from here. The village fest on Thursday in Palm Springs was alot of fun. The locals are very nice and helpful. I recommend gettting a massage from one of the many "chair massages" siges. The do a great job and cheap! We had a great time

Thanks you for a relaxing and enjoyable time in "Casa Saunders"! The pool was just right of excersising and cooling off with the desert temps. Will do an encore visit in the near future.

Thanks you so much for your incredible hospitality! We loved your home..the pool, the kitchen....everything. It was funny to watch She-Ra's reaction to all the new sounds in the backyard and her barking at us and running around the edge of the pool while we swam. She also LOVED the tile floors throught out the house to cool off on! the house was immaculate and very open. We will recommend you to others and will come back again sometime soon. Also, thank you for the welcome basket of goodies.

We really enjoyed the house---it was perfectly equipped. Love the pool and spa, heat and beautiful sunshine. Rocky and dolly really enjoyed their daily trip to the park and coll tile floors to recuperate on! Hope to be back soon!
