New, fully furnished 4 BR House in Gated, 24 hour Security Community in Cebu's Mactan Island in Lapu Lapu. Live in Bi-lingual Caretaker provides personalized event planning during your stay. She will also coordinate your pick up at the airport and ensure a comfortable and stress free vacation. We do not cover Transportation.

Property is located in one of the most exclusive developments in Cebu close to shopping, water sports, Golf, and nightime activities.Gated Private Community no accessby anyone without OWNER written permission.Prices not subject to Negotiation. This property is in high demand. Prices subject to change, especially during Christmas and New Years.

NO PETS...NO SMOKING...NO FAMILY REUNIONS, or WEDDING RECEPTIONS at our Property. NO EXCEPTIONS..

**We do not allow relatives or friends to drop by and preview our property under any circumstances. This community is Exclusive, Well Guarded and any unauthorized visitors will be removed and arrested. This is a good thing because it means that your are in a very safe area.

**We do not allow parties larger than 8 people because we have found by past experiences that things get broken or in many cases stolen.We have found that this usually happens by Local Relatives or Friends of the Guests who think they can get away with taking things from our home without Serious Consequences.

**Our Property has been completely updated and is under new management. Sheets, Pillows, Towels, Cooking Utensils,and weekly cleaning by OUR MAID and at OUR Expense is included for the Home. Kitchen, Bedding, and Bathrooms Towels are provided.

**Personal Laundry, Cooking, Food Shopping and daily cleaning up of the Kitchen Utensils that you use is YOUR Responsibility. If you require any of these things, we can usually accommodate for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

**Due to prior abuse, the tenants will be responsible for Water and Electricity during the course of their stay. Before this Rule was established, we have had huge bills because people turn on all lights, air conditioners around the clock and even if nobody is home. Our Caretaker will do a Meter Reading at Check IN and at Check Out. You will be only charged for your usage. The Utility Bill for a 2 Week Stay (Electric and Water) is normally about $40 USD depending on usage.

**Some Visitors feel that Meals, Laundry, and 24 hour service is included for some strange reason. Tenants rent the house with the exception to the separate Maid's quarters and her separate Bathroom.

The development Pool is not completed but Beach and Pool access is within 10 minutes. Maid Service, Cooking and Laundry is available but at additional charge.
Please understand that the customer is renting the home ONLY. We do not supply free food, free beer, free maid service, free transportation, free laundry service, etc, etc.
Our home is Clean, Well Kept, Beautifully Furnished and close to Shopping, great Beaches in a Gated Community. If you are looking for a cost effective alternative to a Hotel, you have found it.

House was roomy, clean and comfortable, grounds well kept, quiet neighborhood, perfect for a family vacation. Far from city and one needs private transportation to enjoy your vacation.It is perfect for home base so you can go exploring the province. There is no pool and no clubhouse, or playground if you have kids so do not expect it. You can visit nearby resorts for a small price, payment of which is also consumable. Great value and recommendable to any balikbayan.

The home is clean and well taken care of. The Beach and resorts are a bit of a distance to go so you can not walk, you need a taxi or go on a trike. Cebu City is a 20 mimute ride by taxi. Arci was a help when we needed it.
