Description of the Cebu vacation home rental

Spacious air-conditioned home in Emerald Estate, Talamban, Cebu City. Gated estate with 24 hour guards.

Three upstairs double bedrooms, all air conditioned. En suite with bath to master bedroom. Shared en suite bathroom between second and third bedrooms. A guest bedroom on ground floor is occupied by live-in caretaker with separate entry. Also on the upper floor is a living room. The ground floor consists of a large lounge and dining room and kitchen with new large refrigerator and gas/electric cooker.

The huge master bedroom boasts a king sized bed with premium inner spring mattress with pillow top and sprung base for your absolute comfort.

Access to communal swimming pool and basketball court for estate.

We stayed at this property for a week. Ate Mely and Maricar were very accomodating. It was such a perfect location to go around Cebu. SM Cebu and Ayala Center were within driving distance from the property. All the rooms were clean with so much storage area. Fully air conditioned rooms and even the living area. Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking and dining. Market is walking distance from this place. I highly recommend this property, its safe and secure with 24/7 security personnel going around the neighborhood and the gate. All were very hospitable. Highly recommended. Our sincere appreciation to Ate Mely and Bing for a worthwile stay. Hope to visit this place again.
