Description of the Cebu vacation townhouse rental
NOTE: YES, WE HAVE 1 TOWNHOUSE UNIT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL STARTING FEBRUARY 1, 2013.
A newly constructed townhouse building with Three Two Storey units located in Dumlog, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines 6045. Each townhouse unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet/bathrooms on each unit. Each townhouse unit may sleep 4 to 6 people. We are proud of our townhouse properties and we guarantee that they are fully-furnished (move-in ready), clean, well-maintained units, safe location, and in accordance with what we advertise... no surprises.
Each townhouse unit is fully-furnished with appliances, furniture, fixtures, air condition units, wireless broadband internet, cable, kitchen wares, dining wares, linens, etc.
Each unit has its own covered carport and back service areas with washing machine.

Rates Inclusive of Utilities and Services:
> $35 (P1,470) per night (daily rate) inclusive of electricity, water, cable and internet - minimum of 3 night stay
> $225 (P9,563) per week (weekly rate) inclusive of electricity, water, cable and internet - minimum of one week stay
> $800 (P33,600) per month (monthly rate) inclusive of electricity, water, cable and internet - minimum of one month stay
> $120 (P5,000) reservation deposit to confirm the reservation and guarantee availability of the townhouse unit. This will be refunded back to tenant on move-out/check-out date.
Rates Without Utilities and Services (Tenant Pays based on Actual consumption/meter reading):
> $523 (P22,000) per month SHORT-TERM MONTHLY RENTALS MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS; PLUS (tenant pays) electricity, water, cable and internet
> $476 (P20,000) per month: LONG-TERM MONTHLY RENTALS (requires more than three months rental); PLUS (tenant pays) electricity, water, cable and internet
> $120 (P5,000) reservation deposit to confirm the reservation and guarantee availability of townhouse unit. This will be applied to the first month utilities.
> one month security deposit to be refunded back to tenant on move-out/check-out date
