Welcome to Seuss' Landing. This homes was recently remodeled to give it a flavor found nowhere else. The property is a true 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms. It includes two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first master has both shower and large bath tub. It offers two faucets for the comfort of our guests. The second master bedroom offers a tropical theme and includes a queen size bed, television and dvd player. Its spacious bathroom includes a shower.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom on the other side of the house. The first bedroom is "Princess" theme and has two twin beds. The second offers a "Cat in the Hat" theme and also has two twin size beds.

Wood floor was recently installed in the large living room which includes a large screen TV, dvd player and a CD player/radio. All of our bedrooms have television sets. The formal dining room offers seating for 6 on a glass table. There is also a breakfast room off the kitchen and a table that sits 4.

The garage was recently closed-in and turned into a theatre room, fully carpeted and air conditioned with a window. It includes a video projector with screen, video games and a bar.

The property offers a large pool deck and includes a table that sits 6 people. It has a barbecue. There is a pool and a kiddie pool. The pool faces south. It gets sun ALL DAY.

My master piece of work comes from the nature trail built right outside the pool enclosure. It includes a patio and a gazebo with barbecue. It's fully lit at night. There is a Beach themed area and an "English garden" area. In the center sits a small pond with water falls. The house sits on 3/4 of an acre and has full privacy from all the surrounding houses thanks to a combination of bushes and plants.

The driveway can easily accommodate 3 cars and there is space for more in the street. The property is located in a "cul-de-sac" and enjoys great privacy. The property has full high speed internet and extended cable service
