Description of the Celestun vacation home rental

Casita de Piedras (Little Stone House) is a private home located right on the beach just north of the fishing village of Celestun. Enjoy the spacious 1200 sq ft with an addtional 300 sq ft in an enclosed patio. This 2 bedroom home has a queen size bed in the master and a bunk bed with two doubles in the second bedroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably. To make your stay comforatable there is a fully equipped kitchen, deck/beach chairs and all the rooms have air conditioning.

Area Description

Sun, sun, and more sun...that is what is enjoyed most here. Also enjoyed, are the miles and miles of white sandy beach. Celestun is a friedly community where you will be welcome even if teh only Spanish you know is "buenos dias and "gracias!. It is a perfect place to escape the stress of urban living or to get away from the hussle of typical tourist locations.

Here in Celestun, youwill find the natural beauty of our flora and aauna unique in the world - a paradise for adventure and ecotourism. Walk, shell, snorkle, swim, cycle, fish, take the flamingo tour, explore the Ojos de Agua, there is plenty to enjoy right at your doorstep.

For those who are looking for some adventure, this is a great place to use as a base for taking day trips to Merida (a wonderful cultrual city), Ticul (famous for its pots and leather) Loltun (explore the underwater caves), Uxmal and ChichenItza (fantastic Mayan ruins).
