Description of the Centerville vacation home rental

This is a 2 family or one family home. For large family or groups it is 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 baths, hardwood floors, 2 refrigerators, and fully stocked with food and suplies and 2 laundry's. For the smaller groups it is one 3 bedroom unit up and one down. The lower is slightly larger and both with 3 bedrooms. The pictures are of last year as it is currently undergoing total rennovations including paint, bathrooms and counters. Large yard, woods in rear and 300 yards to fresh water pond and beach. 1 Mile to salt water beaches and 1/2 mile to restraunts,and shoping Neighborhood setting. Close to school with public tennis, and running track. Special requests taken for supplies etc. Beach pass included. The Williams' (owners) live nexst door to be available for your assistance in any way possible, however, respect your privacy and never interfere with your vaction. You are greeted, by the owners, but only if you wish, as some renters want no disturbance, and fresh flowers and Summer Sweets await you inside. You do not need linens or towels all is supplied.
There is a picknic table for 10 or so, gas grill,charcoal grill, and outside clothes line. the seashell drive and brick walk beacon you to relax in this airy cottage. Ac is available here for those few humid days as is heat for any chilly night.

300 yards walk through a wooded path to a secluded freshwater pond for fishing or swimming. 1 mile to beaches with provided beach pass. Local shcool at 1/2 mile has public tennis and running track. Restraunts and shopping within 1/2 mile. Neighborhiood area with bike trail access and close to famous 4 Seas Ice Cream. Short drive 2 miles or so to Hyannis and the JFK Museum, or the Kennedy Compound at Hyannisport. Take a Wale Watch tour, trip to the Islands of Marthas' Vineyard , or Nantucket or the sightseeing boats in Hyannis or a fishing charter. Antique shop till you drop on old 6A some of the oldest buildings in the US. Even visit the oldes wooden jail in the US in Barnstable village. We boast 13 golf courses in this town alone. All close by. Hundreds of restraunts to choose from and the best fried seafood on the East Coast at Cookes' Seafood in Hyannis. It is our aim for you to just enjoy the stay, and take with you all those fablous memories of summer on Cape Cod. We have a special cannon firing on the 4th of July and if requested for special occasions such as birthdays. There is no charge .There are Local fireworks are found on the 4th and throught the summer at different locations locally.(If not desired, cannon fire will not be
performed on July 4th) (but no one has ever not wanted it.)

We apologize for not using credit cards but fraud and the past ability of tenants to cancel their card payment for no reason after their stay has caused us to halt the use.
