The Home was designed and built by Boston architect Roger Bond. It is the perfect setting for a family vacation of endless activities or quiet relaxation.

There are three large bedrooms each with their own full bath, a large living room with a new flat screen TV, family room with 2 single beds, dining room, and a well equipped kitchen. Have your breakfast on the deck, lunch on the dock and dinner in the private dining room overlooking the lake.

There is abundant wildlife to view from this side of the lake including swans, ducks, geese, and fish. You'll have your own dock and 200 feet of private shoreline so bring your toys and sunscreen!

Everything on the Cape is easily accessible from this mid-cape location. Beaches, harbors, trails, restaurants, and museums are all close by.

There is no jet skiing allowed on this lake!
