This home features a new bathroom with skylight, a living room with fireplace and a brand new Granite/Maple/Stainless kitchen (in case you want to cook in.) If you're like us and prefer dining outdoors, you'll have plenty of room on our full length deck complete with gas grill with side burner and patio table and chairs... or make a reservation at many local restaurants. Hardwood floors throughout.

We're a ten minute walk to Craigville Beach and a ten minute drive to the Cape Cod Mall, so there's always something to do, rain or shine! I offer multiple week discounts. Property is nothing fancy but is maintained by a professional cleaning service so you can open the door and enjoy your vacation! Bring the whole family at a family-friendly price.

This home is located in 1/4 lot residential neighborhood. Nice shaded yard with beautiful deck which gets wonderful afternoon sun. Only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
