Thanks for the great clean place & for the terrific advice that we used to maximize our week! We went to the beach a bunch we were very lucky to have a great weather week. All the best!

This is a very friendly hide-away, clean and stocked for every guest. I appreciated your tips, verbal and written on how best to enjoy my time in your home and on the Cape. Very peaceful, very quiet, very welcoming.

Place was in great shape- thank you Denise! The week was a scorcher, so we spent it at the beach and had a great time. Thank you.

The house was immaculate and well equipped. It is very private, and is a lovely setting. The owner is very nice.

The whole family enjoyed our stay at the Pond House...we made some fine memories last week...thank you. Thank you and we hope to be returning some time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the best things to do on Cape Cod?
A: No question, its the beaches first. If you like the dunes and the Big Ocean then its the Outer Cape and the National Sea Shore. If you want great swimming and safety for the kids then its Cape Cod Bay, Old Silver Beach on Buzzards Bay or Craigville and Dowses Beach only 15 minutes from the Pond House!
Q: Why is the Pond House so special?
A: It is definitely not your average rental home. First, its in an upscale residential community where every home is different and "built" into the terrain. Nature abutts the house as the pond is a natural estuary for birds, frogs and all those other things.
Q: Whats best on the Cape for kids??
A: First the beaches, best for young kids is Dowses with its abutting estuary. Next its the trampolines, the miniture golf and all that other stuff kids like. All only minutes away from the centrally located Pond House in Centerville on Cape Cod.
Q: And whats the best thing about the Cape for adults?
A: There are several regions of the Cape. A ride along the Kings Way is like a road in Vermont, dotted with country churches, country stores, windmills and more. And the National Seahore is number two. Add this to a day in Provincetown or a morning at the monster Flea Market in Wellfleet and you have the perfect adult vacation week. Oh, I forgot to mention all that great seafood!!!
