Description of the Centerville vacation home rental

Beautiful open floor plan house on .8 acres with in-ground heated pool and private big yard. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping, 2 minute walk from Wequaquet lake.

The main floor offers a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with lounge area and flat screen tv, and a panoramic glass fireplace in the center. On one side is the master bedroom with a king size bed and attached full bath with double vanities. On the other side are two roomy bedrooms with two twin beds in each and a shared full bath.

The upstairs loft has a comfy sectional and flat screen tv, two twin beds, and and office area, and the lower level offers a large bedroom with queen size bed and attached full bath.

House is air conditioned.

Bed linens and towels are provided.

*Please note that the owner of the house (one person) will be staying in attached apartment, but is gone most of the time.
