New (2007) luxury townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on three floors, connected by a spiral staircase. Master bedroom has a king bed, tile bath, and easterly views to Denver. Second bedroom has Queen bed, tile bath, and westerly views of the Rocky Mountains. Third bedroom is on lower floor with a single bed and tile bath. Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen are on second floor with views from the living room towards Denver. Living room has flat panel plasma TV with Bose surround sound. Cable and high-speed Internet are provided. Gourmet kitchen has all granite counter tops with gas stove with microwave and convection oven. Refrigerator has ice-maker and side-by-side freezer. Kitchen also has dishwasher and disposal. All appliances are stainless steel. Home has gas heat and hot water and air-conditioning.

The townhouse is located in a complex of about 50 units, 1.2 miles west of historic Central City, CO via paved road. It is high above most of the other units and enjoys panoramic views to the east and west. There is easy access to the casinos and restaurants in Central City and Blackhawk. Central City and the adjacent town of Blackhawk are historic mining towns dating from the late 1800's. There are a number of summertime activities in the area related to the mining towns. Central City is home to the Central City Opera which performs from June thru August. The area is connected to the town of Idaho Springs (fourteen miles away and the nearest place to purchase groceries) by a four-lane divided hwy. Numerous unpaved roads give access to the mountains to the west; some may require 4-wheel drive. Major ski resorts are about 60 minutes away via Idaho Springs and I-70.
