Our elegantly designed summer house (150 m2) is surrounded by a beautiful garden with apple, olive, orange, grape trees with a roofed terrace where you can enjoy the soothing view of the sea, islands and a small forest. It is located in an excellent quiet town which is only a few minutes away from the centers of nightlife, beach, historical sites and shopping centers. Our villa has a satellite TV and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigirator, cooker, oven, toaster and a coffee machine. There are four bedrooms and the house can comfortably accomodate 6 people. If you would like to bring additional guests, please let us know prior to your arrival. Shops and restaurants are only within the 1km diameter of the area. There is a small beach located only 150meters (withing walking distance) away from the house.


Although car is not essential throughout your stay, you may choose to rent one at the airport. There is a bus service every half an hour that goes to Cesme or Izmir city center. The bus stop is only 50 meters away from our house. Additionally you can request our airport pick up and drop off service for an additional charge.

Area Description

A few words about Cesme:

Cesme lies (~80 km) west of Izmir on Turkey's Aegean coast; it is within easy reach of Izmir or Adanan Mendres International Airport (via a modern 6 lane highway) and can also be reached by ferry from the Italian port of Brindisi, or the Greek Island of Chios (in Turkish called Sakiz). The name Cesme (-Cheshme- derived from the Turkish word for Fountain) has always been a popular summer resort for the residents of nearby Izmir and over recent years the secrets of cesme have been discovered by an ever growing number of European tourists. The region is a combination of rich agricultural land enclosing unspoiled turquoise bays with beaches of fine white sand and (as its name suggests) natural hot water springs. The choices of accommodation range from supreme 5 Star luxury to friendly homely pension and with a wealth of day and night time entertainment available too, this makes cesme the perfect destination for a fun relaxing holiday in the sun for all the family.
