Deposits: 50% down, total rent, deposit, fees to hold condo. The other 50% due on arrival date. $500 deposit will be refunded within 1 week of check out after inspection. 100% refundable if notified within 1 month of cancellation. If not notified within 1 month, $500 deposit will not be refunded.
Other Fees: may-october $1,100 month $375 week november-December $1,550 month $600 week January-April $1,700 month **$700 week. one week minimum during Jan-april $125.00 cleaning fee **$500 refundable deposit**refunded at checkout when condo has been checked out***

We stayed at this townhouse for four months and really enjoyed it. It is located in a great area, close to everything and it is very quiet. The unit is clean and comfortable and we plan to return in 2010.
