Dorota was an exceptional host and the rental was in excellent condition and looks just like the pictures. Dorota's dog Roxy always had a smile on her face and wagging her tail. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. It is a hidden gem.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed with Dorota for 8 weeks. The place was extremely clean and nice. There is a very functional kitchenette in the guest area, but Dorota welcomed us into her main house and let us make use of her kitchen and living area, which was a huge bonus for us (I like to cook!). We also had the use of the washer/dryer. The pool and yard is beautiful and very well manicured. Dorota is very accommodating and friendly. As a matter of fact, we became good friends and when my husband was gone, we spent quite a bit of time together. I am so glad that we found Dorotas' and would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone looking for clean, friendly and comfortable accommodations.

Just like home!

We only had a week in Chandler this year and found this Guest Suite on the internet and when we arrived we could not believe how wonderful the suite was. It was perfect for us. Everything was sooooo clean and new. I am a 'clean nut" so I was a happy camper. Dorota, our landlord was a dear and very easy to be around. We were allowed to use Her washer and dryer in the main part of the house. She even had DVD's if we wanted but we were there just a week so did not have time. The yard, pool and patio's were great. I even took a nap while reading on the main covered patio one day. Thanks again Dorota for being just the perfect host to our stay. Judy and Jack.

A great place to stay!

We stayed in this guest house from late December 2010 through Feburary 2011. It was a wonderful experience in every way. The accomodations are very comfortable with all of the amenities one could wish and the outside patio area provided comfort and privacy - great for relaxing, reading, etc. Dorota - the owner - is a warm and friendly hostess and made us feel very welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything we needed. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, recommend the guest house enthusiastically and can't wait to return next year.

Our First "Home" Away from Home!

My husband and I made a permanent move from MN to AZ in August. Not wanting to deal with leases and finding an apartment...we came upon Dorota's guest house. It was the perfect place for us and we stayed just short of 4 months. The house is tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. Dorota was a great host and made us feel at home right away. We were thankful for the great outdoor space and refreshing pool during the hot summer months. Roxy, Dorota's Golden Retriever was a joy as was watching the outdoor cats lounge in the shade. Grape vines and fruit trees, great neighbors and a friendly atmosphere made this a great first home away from home. Five stars in our book! You won't go wrong staying here!

My dog and I arrived mid-January and stayed until mid-March. Everything about the guest suite and our stay was wonderful. It was comfortable, CLEAN and in the best location (complete with super neighbors!) Dorota (the owner) took great care and pride in ensuring I had everything I could possibly need- beautiful towels, cleaning supplies, candles, flat screen tv, alarm clock, flashlights, extra sets of keys, high-end pots/pans, teapot, to-go coffee maker, wireless Internet and much much more. Literally, all I needed to bring were my clothes because EVERTHING else was there! There were other great perks such as: having a landline, access to the mainhouse (especially the dishwasher, washer and dryer located there!) and a fully fenced yard. Many days began by raiding the fruit trees in the yard (grapefuit, lemons, oranges)and then continued with lounging by the pool or in one of the 3 seperate yards. And on days were my dog needed a playmate, Roxy (the resident golden) was always interested in being invited out for a play. Dorota (and Roxy) did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and being available as much (or as little) as we needed them to be. We will be back!!!

Wonderful Place!

What a treat! We stayed during the month of January and were extremely happy! The house is everything it is avertised to be - clean, quiet and the area is very easy to get around. Dorota is a joy and made everything very easy for us. Upon arrival, the only thing we needed to do was get the keys! Guesthouse was clean, fresh and ready for us! We would definetly recommend Dorota and this property! We hope to return next year!
