• Other Fees: Housekeeping Deposit: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable housekeeping charge of $200.00 for departure cleaning. Guests are asked to leave the villa with trash gathered and left in the trash container, dishes washed, bed linen in laundry room, furniture arranged as upon arrival. If the house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be charged for additional cleaning charges. We enjoyed our month long stay. The Ironwood complex is the best in Sun Lakes. It is a guard gated community and very quiet. Do not stay in Ironwood if you like to have boisterous barbeques etc. The home is bright and airy with a great patio. Easy walk to 2 swimming pools and golf. The owners are prompt in their response and good to deal with.
