This Southwest Desert Breeze has it all. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 baths home is located in the popular Wild Tree development of Chandler, only 15 minutes away from Scottsdale. The area is surrounded with beautifully manicured lakes and perfectly maintained landscaping. Close to all of the desert amenities that you come to Arizona to enjoy. The location is close to all of the spring training camps and stadiums, Tempe, Scottsdale, Arizona State University, Intel, Chandler Fashion Center Mall, and is a short drive on 101 to West World.

The home has a wonderful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, large windows and patio. Furnished with beautiful Southwest furnishings and full amenities, we offer three bedrooms; a master bedroom retreat with a king sized bed luxurious master bath and oversized walk in closet. Two additional bedrooms with a queen size beds. Full designer kitchen and family room with cable TV. HBO and Wireless high speed internet are also available in this beautiful home.

Whether here on a temporary corporate assignment, vacationing with your family, or gathering with friends for an Arizona golf getaway you will thoroughly enjoy this home and its location. Many fine golf courses are in the vicinity of this home.

Upscale shopping is available very close by at the Chandler Fashion Center Mall, with anchors like Nordstrom and Macy's and over 250 other stores and fine restaurants.
The Desert Breeze Park Railroad and Lake is right next to the development and offers an urban fishing lake, tennis courts, children's playground equipment and most importantly, a 16" gauge miniature train within a short walking distance. The approximately 7 minute train ride covers 5/8 of a mile and features some attractive scenery for a minimal passenger fare.
Spring training camp and other sports venues are located just 5 miles away in Tempe and Mesa and the 101 freeway takes you north to Scottsdale, just 20 minutes away. Continue south on US 10 to Tucson and visit many of the parks and mountain ranges along the way. The Lost Dutchman State Park in the Superstition Mountains (at 2,000 ft. elevation), Salt River and Lake Saguaro Recreation Area are just about 45 minutes drive to the east. South Mountain is also just to the west of the Chandler area.
For local attractions, Chandler has the Center for the Arts, a world-class facility located in its historic district which showcases talents from the opera, jazz musicians, plays and well known headliners. The kids will want to go to Hamilton Aquatics Center, named the "2001 Outstanding Facility" by Arizona Parks and Recreation, which has a zero depth play pool, Current River, two water slides and an 8-lane competition pool.
There are hiking trails, wildlife parks, casinos, numerous golf courses, antique shops and beautiful scenic desert attractions, as well as Old Town Scottsdale and many nightclubs and shopping areas located just off 101 just minutes away.

The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining rental payment not later than 45 days before arrival date.

This was a wonderful home in a great subdivision. Just around the corner is an amazing park just asking to be used. The home is wide open and family friendly. My family enjoyed it tremendously. Definitely a good decision to rent this home.

The location of this home was excellent--close to wonderful shopping, major freeways, lots and lots of restaurants, golf courses and spring training games.The home is well maintained and made our stay a very comfortable one.
