Description of the Chandler vacation home rental

Rent my very light, very private, fully furnished and equipped double-wide mobile home in our marvelous adult resort complex south of Phoenix, for the season or as long as you like, with or without option to purchase. You'll enjoy walking to pool and jacuzzi, bocce ball court, and pitchandputt. You'll love the location, close to shopping, library, freeway and with access to all five clubhouses and golf courses in the greater Sun Lakes area. The monthly rental price of $1600 includes reasonable use of utilities. Or, for the full season (Jan./Feb./March) the charge is $4500. A longer lease is negotiable. It's possible to sleep six for a night or two and children are welcome visitors. No pets or smoking, please. I can make it available 12/22.

Area Description

Sun Lakes is made up of five country clubs, each having golf courses, pools, fishing ponds, restaurants and other facilities for play and workout. The multitude of available activities can make your vacation even more fun. The area is flat and WARM, with lovely palms, citrus trees and flowering desert plants. It's very senior-friendly, although many people in their 40s and 50s live here and visit as well. Grandchildren often visit and have a great time. This home is very close to Interstate 10 with a straight shot to the airport, shopping malls, and many tourist attractions, including popular casinos, as well as Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe. The sunsets alone, are worth the trip.
