Gorgeous home completely furnished and beautifully decorated inside and out. Large back yard with volleyball, citrus trees with ripe fruit, saltillo tile patio, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and beehive fireplace, sitting walls all around, a "Cantina patio", fish pond, two tiled bars with mini- fridge, and a fabulous 6 person jacuzzi.
Inside, it has a pool table and another bumper pool/poker table in living room, a "50s" game room, a gas fireplace, PRO massage recliner, and large screen TV in family room , a large fully stocked kitchen, an island bar with 6 barstools, kitchen dining table that seats 6, and a serenity fountain in the foyer to the bedroom
This spacious house with all the bars and seating areas is designed for entertaining. With 3 bedrooms plus a game-room that could sleep two, and 3 full bathrooms, it can comfortably house 8. It is absolutely perfect this time of year and has a resort feel as you are unwinding in the jacuzzi and relaxing by the beehive fireplace at night .

This house is situated in a lovely, safe neighborhood in Chandler. Located a few minutes from the 202/101 freeways, Scottsdale is just 10 minutes away, the aiport 20, and any other Arizona destination ...a straight shot on the freeway.
Beautiful golf courses are within a few miles, and parks with fishing, biking & even trains within 5 miles.
