RENTAL RATES:

January - March - $ 2,650.00 - MONTHLY ONLY

April - September - $ 950/wk - $ 2,000/month
October - $ 1,050/wk - $ 2,200/month
November - December - $ 1,150/wk - $ 2,500/month


Security Deposit of $500 refundable if no damage is done to property or excessive cleaning required.

Cleaning Fee of $150 is non-refundable.

$500 deposit due at booking, 1/2 rent due 30 days prior to arrival with the remaining rent + clean fee due at arrival.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits/payments non-refundable unless given 30 days notice or dates are re-booked.
