The first floor master bedroom has a new king-size pillow top bed and private master bath. Two other bedrooms are upstairs. One with a new queen-size pillow top bed and the other room has trundle bed that converts into queen or twin beds. All bedrooms have a golf course view. Spacious loft upstairs with TV/DVD and queen-size, pullout queen sofa bed. The new fully equipped kitchen has stainless steal appliances and new granite counter top opens into a great room with 32" flat screen TV.

You will have full privileges at the Troon 27 hole Ocotillo Golf course, pro shop and resort restaurant. 50% discounts on golf fees for your entire foursome every time you play. The resort clubhouse is walking distance. There you'll receive 10% off at the Pro Shop and 10% off meals at the beautiful resort restaurant.
