Inspiration at La Paloma is a brand new single family residence located in a quiet, gated community in Chandler, Arizona (Phoenix Metro area), also known as the Valley of the Sun. Featuring four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a GE ''''''advantium '''''' oven, private yard and patio, 2 car garage, washer & dryer, and community pool and spa, this lovely home is a comfortable retreat for your vacation and a wonderful alternative to hotel living. Inspiration at La Paloma is beautifully decorated and will accommodate up to eight people comfortably. Mountain views and awesome sunsets, or action packed days and nights, you will find yourself inspired at La Paloma!

For your comfort, Inspiration at La Paloma is furnished with a huge leather sectional with tons of pillows and throws in the great room '''''' perfect for watching cable on the 32 '''''' screen, a DVD from the collection, or just taking a snooze.

The master suite is very spacious and features a 14 ''''''thick king size pillow-top mattress and high thread count sateen sheets, double sinks, a double size shower, giant walk-in closet and 20 '''''' TV with cable. Two other bedrooms are distinctly decorated and feature queen size pillow-top mattresses and 440 thread count sateen sheets and extra pillows, spacious closets, and ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom features a twin size bed with a twin size trundle stored underneath. Both are covered with bright colored Ralph Lauren sheets for a cheery atmosphere.

Outside, you will find a private yard and covered patio featuring separate seating areas. Only steps from the front door, is the community pool and spa which is heated year round for your enjoyment. If you have little ones with you, there are two playgrounds and lots of green grassy areas just steps from the house. The Paseo Trail project is accessible just outside the La Paloma community gates for miles of paved, lighted paths for bike riding, roller blading, or just walking!

We had a wonderful stay in this well kept and beautiful home. Great location close to shopping and highways. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided...from comfortable rooms to laundry detergent, pool towels, movies and pool toys! We were in for a family wedding and all our relatives were jealous and wished they were staying with us! Our youngest boy (aged 5) loved the toys provided and was ready to move in permanently. Beautiful kitchen and very nice pool too. It was a little too cold to swim but our boys went anyway. I highly recommend this home to both couples and families. Great home!

Our family recently rented this home in November . The location was great ! This is a wonderful , open and spacious home . The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated! I would love the opportunity to stay here again the next time we are in Arizona!

what a beautiful home away from home!we will never want to stay in a hotel again, it was so nice to have the amenities of a home but the luxury of a 4star hotel! we had 2 adults and 4 kids and we never felt crowded, the kids thought the tv's in the bedrooms were the best! the only suggestion would be to have a porta crib tucked away in one of the closets and possibly a high chair. the price was affordable for a family of 6 so thank you for a wonderful vacation!! we will be back....

Wonderful home. Lots of room, very comfortable, everything provided, close to everything you might need. Also, great for kids. Would love to rent here again. The only improvement would be a heated pool for the cooler months-- otherwise, it was terrific!

Me and my family spent 2 weeks in your house and it was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recomend this house to anyone. The pool and hot tub were great.
