Description of the Charleston vacation condo rental
Awsome luxury condo on Island located just 15 min. to Downtown Historic Charleston and 5 min to Mt. Pleasant. Condo is professionally decorated and very comfortable with full kitchen and dining room, outside covered deck. Clubhouse, with workout center and pool with hottub. Area grills for your use, picnic areas and beautiful ponds and hiking trails. The Island is surrounded by rivers and there is a community dock for boating and fishing. Mature non partying adults only. One queen sized bed and large sofa that be used for sleeping. Crated pets (smaller) that would be crated at all times are allowed.
Area Description
The Island is relatively new, formed in 97. There are homes up to 5 mil, luxury condos, shopping, restaurants, fire and police dept., our own schools, just really beautiful.
