Our DUPLEX is furnished with lovely, high quality furnishings '' no futons here!! One queen, one quarter bed, a twin and one double bed. The home is bright, open and private! Just like home! House is located on a huge lot a very quiet dead end street.
Everything is provided for you. Just bring your personal toiletries and your clothes and enjoy our beautiful city!

Historic Pitt Street is a tiny shopping and dining area, home to the The Old Village Post House Restaurant, the Village Bakery and the Pitt Street Pharmacy.

We stayed at the duplex for 6 nights and we enjoyed every day with a variety of attractions within 10 mile drive very easy to get to all beaches and Charleston sites.located in a quiet area off the main road to beach but still convenient to all great restaurants and shopping or site seeing the duplex included WIFI,cable TV, 2 bedrooms all very nice with all you will need for a comfortable stay.We would not hesitate to return again. As the title says, Great Home, Great Location, Great Price. We stayed 6 days and had a great time. The location in Mt. Pleasant was close to everything we wanted. Found some great places to eat in Mt. Pleasant and elsewhere. Quiet area and close to Isle of Palms beaches and Charleston. We came to the area to find an apartment for our son and found one the second day. Spent the rest of the time exploring the area. Rental was close to everything. Would recommend this rental to others.

My mother and I enjoyed a quick trip to Charleston and had a wonderful time in this adorable duplex! The location is near everything you need and want--supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, shops and drugstores! The home itself, whille being close to all the action, is in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood where we enjoyed walking our 2 dogs. I can't speak highly enough of the home, its location and fabulous owner! We will definitely be booking here again!

Went on a week long trip to visit Charleston for possible relocation from NH. Mount Pleasant and house were both a great surprise. Friendly neighborhood, town, and city. We were able to have our two shih tzus and our 8 yr old was happy to play on the swingset in back yard. The house had everything we needed and more. Was wonderful to talk with Melissa about area. Would stay again and recommend to all.

This was our first time using a rental and we were extremely happy! I was so nervous at first, but dealing with Melissa kept my mind at ease. She answered all the questions we had. It is much better than a hotel. Especially since I brought my 2 shih tzu's with us. The home was clean and everything supplied. Tours and Restaurants were directly within 1-8 miles away. I don't think we could ever stay in a hotel again. Looking forward to returning to this home and Charleston again in the near future.

We loved the house so much. It was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit.Even to the beach at Isle of Palms.Even though we were six we fit comfortable. The huge yard and swingset was an extra bonus and so was the washer and dryer. Thanks again we had a great time.

The home we rented was very nice. The location was perfect. In Old Village of Mt Pleasant. Close to everything, only a few miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. and very close to Arthur J Ravenel Bridge also. The decor was lovely, house was clean and very comfortable with plenty of room. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. A large sectional sofa and a nice eating area. Will stay here again!

We stayed in this house and had a really nice time. Melissa had everything we needed and more! She had a pack and play for our toddler and had all kinds of stuff for us to take to the beach. The house is close to EVERYTHING that you would want to do in Charleston. It's only 2 miles from Sullivan's Island and we really loved the beach there. Overall fantastic place to stay with a family. Thank you to Melissa Black for making everything so fabulous for us!!!!

This was our first time using a rental and we were sooo happy! It is much better than a hotel. So much more comfortable and private. Michelle (the owner) was very gratious. The duplex was close to everything we wanted to do in Charleston. Great food and shopping nearby. Short drive to the beach or downtown. We will definately be staying here again! We enjoyed the house very much. It was great for our children, they really enjoyed the playarea in the backyard. Melissa even supplied a pack and play for our 18 month old. The location was wonderful, very close to everything. I would highly recommend it. Even the beds were comfortable, way better than staying in a hotel.

Key to this property is location. Minutes to every site we visited. Property had all the ammenties we needed, plus the price was just right for our visit. One item that could be added to the property such as the existing DVD player, would be a WIFI hookup for the use of a laptop computer. These are realatively low priced and in these days of communications, the WIFI would eliminate going to a Starbucks etc, to view emails etc. Again, location was the key, home had all needed items, plus the permit for our pets as well. As a former resident, I really enjoyed staying in the quiet area of "old" Mount Pleasant. The neighborhood and location was great for walking our dog, walking to grocery stores and restaurants, easy access to the beaches, and bike riding. The house itself was perfect for us, and our pup enjoyed the large yard. Even with a tropical storm overhead, we had a nice visit in this cozy rental.
