Home is 2yrs old, looks like new with new furniture. Has 4 bedrooms 2.5 bath tastefully decorated. Open plan living. Bedrooms on 2nd floor. Large eat-in kitchen with new appliances. Laundry room with new appliances. Living room with new furniture. Patio facing pond with outdoor furniture seats six. Seasonal pool.
Smoking only outdoors with patio door closed. There will be a $500 fee if smoke smell is indoors upon leaving.
No pets please at any time. Owner is allergic.
