deposit if not listed separately on invoice. Your Choice: Guests will be charged MORE if they do not do "basic" clean which is : garbage recycled and out, wipe down counters, put soiled items in
designated location. Security Deposit Refunds only when when left As found., no damage, waste, or missing items. Polices & guidelines are on Invoice.

One bedroom has a Queen bed, other has two twins, livingroom has a futon. Extra shower outside for Quick Showers. Also cable/showtime/internet, great location.
