Brand new luxury townhome. Need an elevator? This is the only rental unit with an elevator. Be sure to ask. 3 story townhome with views of the downtown. Fully furnished with elevator and boat slip that can be used if need be. Perfect location for downtown Charleston vacations. Two car garage. Wireless internet. Linens & towels furnished. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, silverware). Please email with details about you trip and I will respond asap. $300-$400/night, $75 cleaning fee.

Stayed in townhome with several couples for a wedding in Charleston. Literally minutes from downtown and you don't have to worry about parking. Very, very easy to get downtown and back without any confusion. Owner did a great job of anticipating needs when stocking the townhome. Very clean, new townhome and was just like the description and photos. Could have walked to our boat if we had brought it. We would definitely use the townhome on another stay.
