We rented this unit with our 5 year old son and small dog. The unit was very comfortable, had internet access and cable tv. We did use the pool and had it all to ourselves the day we used it. The townhouse development is landscaped well with lots of ponds. My son delighted in feeding the pond turtles his leftovers. The townhouse was close to downtown Charleston, Kiawah Beach park and Mt. Pleasant. We found some nice attractions in N. Charleston. Everything was 15-30 minutes away. The only real issue (if it can be called one) are the train tracks being in very close proximity to the property. Our son used the front room and he is a heavy sleeper so once we got him to bed and he was asleep, he did not wake. However, the first night the train was a surprise and came by at 2, 4 and 6 am and sounded like it came through the bedroom. I am a light sleeper, and it woke me each time, but my husband got used to it by the next night and had no problem. The owners are great to deal with and very accomodating. We would rent this again.

Great location, dog friendly, and close to Sullivans beach & close to Old Village. Condo needs a little updating but priced right. The wine & brownies were a very nice surprise!

Location is great. Near supermarkets and restaurants. 15 minutes from Charleston down town. The condo was comfortable. However I was a little disappointed that there was no internet connection (which on vacation you should be disconnected but I had some work to be done). Also the couch was cover with some dog hair that was not cleaned. Not so good for people with allergies. But overall it was a nice stay and we did not spend much time in the condo; so much to see and do!

This condo was exactly as described. It made you feel like you were on a tropical island. It was a very comfortable, relaxing place, and everything we needed was there. Andi, the owner, was extremely accommodating and helpful. Hope to be able to return some day!

Great price and location....very clean. Would recommend to anyone....only drawback was the train goes through every night, right in back yard, but wouldn't stop me from going back.

This is a very nice, cozy house in N. Charleston. The owner was very responsive, quick to handle the transaction and everything worked perfectly. The house is very well-furnished, with everything that we could need or want. It was a great stay.

This was a last minute rental...a week opened up at a moment's notice, I contacted the owner, and she got right back to me! Great little spot...the townhouse was in a nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors, and relatively close to everything. Very nicely decorated, really comfy beds, and everything you needed right at your fingertips. We had a great visit, and hope to be able to stay here again next time we are in Charleston.
