SPACIOUS 4 Season Lake Charlevoix Waterfront

Enjoy our spacious - 1800 Square foot waterfront townhouse on Lake Charlevoix the Magnificent, voted 2nd Best Lake and resort area in the USA. Our vacation home comes with everything you need! It has 2 Plus bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, 2 family rooms, one is a walk-out to the waterfront. It includes a private boat slip for your watercraft at NO additional charge. We have plenty of sleeping to facilitate accomodations, but have set maximum capacity to not exceed 8,. We have everything you need to make you feel at home! We do not own the other units on this site but if you have a large group you may want to see if any other units are available. Ours is 1800 sf., one neighbor is 2200 sf, and the other unit is 900 sf. ACCOMODATION/LAYOUT SUMMERY:
ON THE MAIN FLOOR - There's a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and an amazing balcony overlooking the lake. Having the kitchen and a family room with balcony on the main floor is great because it gives the early morning risers a place to escape to without disturbing anyone sleeping on the Upper or Lower level. The kitchen is loaded with appliances.

THE UPPER LEVEL 2 BEDROOMS - There's a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a very large walk in closet. There's also a twin rollaway if you have a little one that needs to stay close by. The 2nd bedroom sleeps five. It has a double/twin bunk bed and twin/twin bunks, and a large walk in closet for everyone’s belongings. There's a full bathroom on the upper level.

THE LOWER LEVEL WALK-OUT is very spacious, has alot of seating & is great for family gatherings around the fireplace and large flat panel HDTV w/ DVD for movie time. When it's time to go to bed, it can easily convert into an additional sleeping suite as there is a queen sofa sleeper and two (2) twin hideaway beds, a full bathroom and laundry room.

Regarding sleeping accomodations: Please know that ALTHOUGH there are enough beds/sleepers to accomodate 12 guests, the maximum number of guests is 8. May consider more on a case by case and with permission only. There's an extra fee of 15.00/night/person over the 8 guest max. The additional beds/sleepers are there to create flexibility and convenience in the accomodations and NOT to have more people than what owner prefers to allow in their vacation home. Thank you.

ABOUT LAKE CHARLEVOIX; Lake Charlevoix is the 3rd largest inland lake in Michigan with 56 miles of Shoreline and was runner up to Lake Tahoe as the BEST Lake in America according to USA Today contest! Our vacaction getaway is perfect for a couple or a family that wants to enjoy the lake as it is spacious, VERY well appointed and has a very accomodating layout. We are located on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. The South Arm of Lake Charlevoix is the most ideal location for water sports such as water skiing, wake boarding, jet skiing, tubing, and fishing and swimming. We are within reasonable driving distance to all the quaint cities located on Lake Charlevoix.

In the Winter: We are located within 15 minutes of every small town surrounding magnificent Lake Charlevoix, We are 12 miles from BOYNE MOUNTAIN AND AVALANCE BAY. We are close to THE BREEZEWAY. Awesome location for snowmobiling and we have seperate parking for your trailer and snowmobiles. Awesome ice fishing location.

It's an Early Monday Check-in and a Later Friday Check-out so it gives you 5 days/4 nights for only $900.00. Only certain weeks available at this rate.

We are ideally located on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix, in South Arm Township which is between the City of East Jordan and downtown Charlevoix. We are on the West side of the South arm not far from Castle Farms.
IN THE SUMMER the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix is the place to be for EXCELLENT fishing right off the dock. This side of the Lake has the best water conditions for jet skiing, waterskiing/tubing and knee boarding and kayaking. The South Arm of the Lake is not as Rough as the North Arm, but you have access to the large North Arm from the South Arm thru the famous Narrows by Ironton Ferry. We are close to the Jordan Valley River and Highly recommend kaying down the River. It's beautiful and fun - a great experience!! If you don’t have your own boat or jet skis, all you have to do is go a few doors down to Swan Valley Marina where you can rent one! We have a private boat slip where you can park your watercraft. We are not on Round Lake or within walking distance to downtown Charlevoix, which overlooks Round Lake.

IN THE WINTER were ideally located in the heart of snowmobiliers heaven as we are near the East Jordan Valley and only 12 miles from Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay Waterpark!

THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION FOR ICE FISHING!!

The location is ideal because it gives you great access to all your favoite attractions. Were close to the City of East Jordan and the best snowmobing trails. Remember Lake Charlevoix is huge! We're close to Castlefarms ,Ironton Ferry (7 miles), Downtown Charlevoix (11 miles), Boyne Mountain (12 miles) , Avalanche Bay, Boyne City (13 iles) and more! You will be close to some of the best golf courses in the State. The hubby's all time favorite golf course ever is only 12 miles away at Boyne Mountain. Also nearby is the infamous C48 “breezeway” for awesome drives with breathtaking views, especially during the fall color tour season.
