The Common Areas

The Parlor does double duty as media center offering wireless internet, phone, fax and cable TV for the business traveler.

The Gathering room offers cozy seating, fireplace, TV and plenty of space to relax or read a book.

Southern Comfort

I recently stayed at the Bungalow with two colleagues of mine on a recent visit to Charlotte. If you are familiar with the Carolinas this is exactly what you would expect in a remodeled old southern home. This property is quaint, personal, and truly feels like a home. The wrap around porch equipped with rocking chairs for your morning coffee or evening cocktail was easily my favorite part of the rental. Melanie was quick to assist us with any issues we had and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again if work brought me back to Charlotte. Thanks for a great week!

Good spot near downtown Charlotte

It was a good experience. Nice accomodations. Decent price per day. Would stay there again. The owner was VERY helpful with helping me locate the property and advice on how to get to local malls and points of interest.
